How it works
What to expect, from booking to your finished report.
A home inspection should not be a mystery. Here is exactly how the process works with Glacier Creek Inspections, and the tools we use to do it properly.
The process
Five steps, start to finish.
Most of the work happens before and after the walkthrough, so you are never left guessing.

Our equipment
The tools behind the findings.
Good inspections combine a trained eye with the right instruments. Here is what we bring to every job.
Thermal camera
Shows temperature differences on surfaces that the eye cannot see. It helps point us to missing insulation, air leaks, and areas that may hold moisture.
Included with every inspectionMoisture meter
Lets us check suspected damp areas directly, so a thermal flag turns into a measured finding and not a guess.
Used for confirming moistureElectrical testers
Used to check outlets for correct wiring, grounding, and protection, and to help spot hazards at receptacles and fixtures.
Used for outlets and circuitsHigh-output lighting
Crawl spaces, attics, and utility areas are dark. Strong lighting lets us see framing, insulation, and the signs of past moisture.
Used for attics and crawl spacesLadders and access gear
Lets us get safely to roof edges, hatches, and panels, and to look at components up close instead of from the ground.
Used for roof and attic accessSpectora reporting
Our inspection software organizes findings, photos, and thermal images into a clean digital report you can open on any device.
Delivered within 24 hoursTools help, but they do not replace judgment. Every reading and image is checked against what we see in person before it goes in your report.
