Our training at Bellingham Technical College was built around Pacific Northwest residential construction, and it shapes how we look at a home. We pay close attention to crawl spaces, roofs, drainage, and attics, because those are where problems here tend to start.
The goal is simple: a thorough inspection, plain-language findings, and a report you can act on. You should finish with a clear picture of the home, not a stack of jargon.
